Initial consultation discovery session

When engaging with a new client, the first step will often be an in-depth discussion to establish requirements and the scope of the project. This on-boarding, fact-finding process, establishing and understanding plans for the business, KPIs, available budget and resources, as well as discussing various ideas for moving forwards, usually takes between two and four hours.

Planning proposal

Next we create a program of activity, in order of priority, covering all the individual elements that would, over time, contribute to meeting the established objectives. This may involve a proposal for a series of stakeholder workshops and/or interviews, audits, research, data-analysis, competitor reviews and assessment of current marketing activities.

Action and implementation

Creating, documenting and delivering a plan to meet the objectives. Using, data-driven insights to identify opportunities and challenges and create a program of activity, in priority order, covering all of the interrelated initiatives that would contribute, over time to meeting the agreed objectives.

Examples include:

  • Developing a vision and prioritizing a set of online initiatives, within a strategic document that becomes your roadmap for the next 12 – 36 months
  • Setting frameworks for best practice digital marketing
  • Gap analysis of your brand’s existing activity
  • Defining your website’s strategic purpose
  • Developing personas for your business

We assist in executing the strategy by working closely with in-house teams or introducing our roster of specialist partners to deliver against the strategy.

Measurement and reporting

To ensure that tangible outcomes are delivered, I work using WiPs, enabling all stakeholders to review progress at any time. This transparent approach is supported with regular face-to-face progress discussions.

Our partnership doesn’t end when a plan is created. To ensure that tangible outcomes are delivered, I schedule regular face to face progress discussions and work alongside you, keeping the plan up to date and ensuring it remains relevant in the light of market or business changes.
